1. Camp & Clinic Registrations
Camp and clinic registrations are non-refundable once the session has commenced. If a participant cannot complete a registered camp due to a verified medical reason or relocation, the registration may be converted into a credit or transferred to another participant.
2. Physical Merchandise Returns (30 Days)
Official Hezi God / SnatchBack University apparel may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided the items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3. Digital Content & Downloadable Products
Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, digital content is generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience technical access issues, our support team will resolve them promptly.
4. Event & Appearance Booking Refunds
Booked event or appearance deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date, minus any standard administrative fee.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or return, please email bookings@thehezigod.com with your order confirmation number and reason for the request.
