1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement for Camps & Clinics
To respect venue reservations and Ryan "Hezi God" Carter's schedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any cancellation or reschedule of a booked camp or clinic session.
- Cancellations with > 24 hours notice: Fully eligible to reschedule to an open slot without penalty or receive session credit.
- Late Cancellations (< 24 hours notice): Subject to a 50% session forfeiture fee to cover reserved venue time.
- No-Shows (No prior notice): Forfeit the full session fee.
2. Event & Appearance Booking Policy
Event and appearance bookings require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule, as these bookings involve dedicated travel and venue allocations.
3. Weather & Venue Emergency Closures
If a venue closes due to severe weather or facility emergencies, you will be notified immediately, and your session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
4. How to Request a Reschedule
